Annual General Meeting
Attendees: Ruth Wake (President), Kim Britnell (Treasurer), Dave Stibbards (Acting Secretary), Adam Coleman (Most Dim-witted Homo sapiens), James G (Senior Position)
Apologies: None recieved.
Item One: Constitution
A vote was taken to approve the new Consitution. The society voted unanimously to accept.
The changes included revoking the voting rights of the position 'Most Dim-witted Homo sapiens'. This decision was agreed upon by the core committee.
Item Two: The Library
Thanks were given to James for begginning to sort the Library. The former Librarian has stepped down from his post.
Item Three: Committee Positions
A vote was taken to appoint a new Secretary. Hugh Attwood stood for the position and after giving a brief summary of his reasons, was voted in.
A vote was taken to appoint a new Librarian. Dave, Sam and Joe stood for the position and after giving brief summaries of their reasons, Dave was voted in.
