Item One: Forum
Skimble not present so item not discussed – basically old stuff needs to be removed
Item Two: Geekfest
£25 - £30 is to be spent towards geekfest with SFX and Anime contributing the same types of amounts. Missing Link is the most suitable place to hold the event – no bar can be organised for this though. Unanimous agreement that we will take part in this event. All committee members (of all three societies) are to be in costume. Members are encouraged to follow suit.
Item Three: Board Game Socials
Next one is 8th December and is to be combined with Pre – Christmas Party. John is to e-mail the Christmas Party guy, Paul, so that Terri can get the ball rolling with the actual Christmas party to be held easter time. A large seminar room in Keynes will be booked for this event – KS15 People will be able to sign up to the actual Christmas party at this event – sticks may be used to ensure people do this!

Item Five: Membership Cards
Payment for membership cards discussed. E-mail to be sent out to members to encourage them to pick them up from westgate games.
AOB: General Meeting
Next general meeting Saturday 19th January – will organise something other than just a meeting – possible elections.

Dragon meet on Sat. 1st December in London – John has more information on this event.

Date set for 16th March – need speakers, games, Magic the Gathering Tournament, Warhammer. Terri has informed Westgate games of the date and they are willing to set up a stall. Darwin missing link is to be booked due to it’s convenient space
