Item Three: GameCon Feedback

The committee discussed their thoughts on GameCon, with the following feedback:

- Attendance was exceptional. - Weekly meetings helped to draw people into the event. - WestGate Games were very happy with their results from the day. - The issue of poaching players from one room to another was raised. - It was advised that any RPG's running should give summaries of their games, rather than just the name. - It was advised that the GM workshop should have a less formal-based structure, with more discussion involved. Also the idea to move it into a seminar room was aired. - Moving the date of the event was discussed, due to student loan payment & tournament dates. - Moving the venue of the event was discussed, possibly to Woolf college. - The need to start preperation earlier next year was also stated.

Item Four: Fresher's Fair '09

The preperations for next year's Frsher's Fair were discussed, with the following feedback:

- The introduction meeting is to take place again, due to it's success in getting members. - The Secretary will do a mass room booking for the start of Week 1 (One), so that games may be assigned rooms during that meeting. - The idea was aired to propose less bookings of the Missing Link seminar rooms, due to previous double-bookings/complications. - Sweets are to be made available on the AGS stall at the Fair.

Item Five: Any Other Business

The Soc-Fed-Com meeting was discussed briefly. The Librarian suggested that some of the one-off Saturday meeting games should be systems/settings/books taken from the library, in order to promote it.
