AGS Committee Meeting Minutes

13:00 Saturday 21st Feburary 2009 in Keynes Seminar Room 14

Attendees: Ruth Wake (President), Hugh Attwood (Secretary), Kim Britnell (Treasurer), Dave Stibbards (Librarian), Adam Coleman (Most Dim-witted Homo sapiens), James G (Senior Position). Next years Core Committee also in attendance,

Apologies: None recieved.

Item One: GameCon Planning

- Committee to be at Keynes for 08:30 to setup the event & place directional posters.

- Posters shall continue to be put up during the week.

- Timing for events was finialised, with the following sechedule:

KLT5 - E-Gaming - All day.

KLT6 - GM/Player Workshop AM Slot - Free PM slot.

KS12 - RPGs - Free AM - Skimble PM.

KS13 - RPGs - Free AM - Craig PM.

KS14 - Free AM - LARP during PM.

KS15 - Boardgaming - All day.

KS16 - Wargaming - All day.

KS17 - Bag Room - All day.

- Raffle prizes were discussed, with offers made from society members. (1x H:tV corebook, 2x Exalted books, 1x SW Scout Walker model, as well as others ommited in notes).

- £60 (Sixty pounds) was set aside from the Society's budget to purchase raffle prizes for the event.

- Suggestions were recieved by members for suitable prizes, including a set of dice, the newest Magic set, a boardgame and a recently published RPG book.

- Westgate Games shall be operating a stand at the event.

Item Two: Any Other Buisness

Quiz preperations underway, room to be boked by Secretary.

Dave Stibbards has started working on prizes for the awards.
