General discussion and welcome (perhaps nachos and drink fetching). Examining progress so far and general advice from the knowledgeable. As well as any issues which may have cropped up which don’t require committee examination.

Primary issues

Constitution

1. Discussion of the present constitution, proposals and issues concerning it.

Finances

1. Evaluating the accounts and creating a budget.

2. Proposals for using available funds.

Organisation

1. The AGS library, including storage, content, and the option of branching into digital media.

2. Website, acknowledgements and requests.

Secondary issues

Events

1. GamesMaster Master class and Player’s Master class. Volunteers for talks/input.

2. Board game night. Ideas and discussion.

3. Organising next social event.

4. Round structure, prizes etc, for AGS quiz

5. Competitive RPG tournament (including input from Richard)

6. Science-Fiction society/AGS joint convention. Proposals, opinions and prospective dates. (not weeks 6 or 12)

Final business

1. Any other business.

2. Arrange next committee meeting.
