AGS Committee Meeting Minutes
13:00 Saturday 28th March 2009 in Keynes Seminar Room 14
Attendees: Ruth Wake (President), Hugh Attwood (Secretary, arrived late), Kim Britnell (Treasurer), Dave Stibbards (Librarian), Adam Coleman (Most Dim-witted Homo sapiens), Richard Bellingham (Skimble Odd Bod), James G (Senior Member). Next years Core Committee also in attendance.

Item One: Gamer Awards
It was decided that the statuettes must be returned next year for the next awards. The committee voted on the awards to be given out, based upon the nominations submitted. The winners for each category were:
-Biggest Twink: Gareth Wathan
-Beginners Luck: Ed Denison
-Worst Dice Luck: Craig Pooley
-Most Devious Bastard: James McGough
-Biggest Liability: Matt Shilton
-Cute Award: Jennifer O'Donnell
Item Two: Fresher's Fair '09/Intro Meeting
James G (Senior Member) has the plans for the bookmarks used in Frsher's Fair '08, it was decided to use the same idea again, along with membership cards.
4(four) to 5(five) experienced GMs were requested to run games at the Intro Meeting.
Games to be announced at the Intro Meeting were suggested to be subject to a word or time limit.
The Agenda is to be sorted promptly, along with a suggestion for a rehearsal to take place.
Item Three: The Library
The Librarian has sorted through the library, and decided that most of the money available to the Library will be spent on new core books, with the addition of Exalted 2nd Ed & Dark Heresy, due to the number of requests.
Item Four: Committee Meetings
It was proposed that Committee meetings only take place on the first/last Saturday of each month, or a similar system.
Item Five: Next Year's Games
The Secretary is to contact the mailing List & ask for a list of those planning on running a game next year.
