AGS Committee Meeting Minutes
13:00 Saturday 5th March 2011 in Keynes Seminar Room 14
Attendees: Louise Coulson (President), Matthew Skilton (Most Dimwitted Homosapien), Laura (Secretary).
Apologies: Daniel Painter (Treasurer), James Galloway (Senior Member) , Andy Harsent (Webmonkey), Jules "B00" Andreae (Librarian), Richard "Skimble" Bellingham (Odd Bod 3)
Item One: Geek Fest
A list of songs was chosen for Geek fest as requested. The AGS will give SFX the left over bubble gum from Game Con for the piñata
Item Two: AGS Film Event
The committee present at the meeting voted to watch Krull and Ghostbusters. There will be a 20 minute break between the two films where food orders will be taken.
Item Three: The AGS Quiz 2011
A lecture theatre needs booking for the quiz.
Item Four: Elections
The elections will be held on Saturday 19th March 2011. Manifestos are to be sent to committee@adventruegaming.co.uk
Item Five: Minuets
Minuets have been updated.
Any Other Business
Rewards Most Dimwitted Homosapien will be handed out during the summer term.
More board games need adding to the library. Suggestions include: infernal machine, battle star galactica and risk.
Members need to be able to access the library even when librarian isn’t in attendance.
