Our annual prize quiz. Teams of two to four compete in assorted fields of general knowledge (generally non-gamer friendly, so bring your friends).

Laid Back Game Night

Friday 24th September 2010, 6pm - 11pm, Woolf Seminar Rooms 5 and 6

Whether you've already signed up and are raring to go, or you're shy about coming to the intro meeting and would prefer a more laid back introduction to the society, join us for an evening of assorted board and card games on Friday. It's a good opportunity to meet some established members in an easygoing environment and to try out a few random games.

Intro Meeting

Saturday 25th September 2010, 2pm, Rutherford Lecture Theatre 1

This is a great opportunity to find out what the AGS does and what we offer to you. You can also find out what games are running throughout the year, offer to run one of your own and hopefully entice some players, find out a bit about roleplaying and other forms of gaming and even try a sample game after the meeting. If that's not enough to lure you to the meeting there will be a raffle for members of the society, with a few nice prizes.

Wander into town and Barbecue

Saturday 2nd October 2010, Outside Keynes, 2pm

We will be wandering into town for a look around and a bit of loot acquisition, then sauntering back up the hill for an afternoon barbecue, weather permitting. After that we will spend the evening playing a few games or otherwise socialising and relaxing.
